Does an inquiry commit me to anything?
No. The inquiry is free and non-binding. A commitment only arises once you accept the offer and pay the deposit.
How soon will I get an offer?
Usually within 1–2 business days. More complex projects may take longer — we will let you know.
How long is the offer valid?
14 days from sending. After that the price must be reconfirmed.
Do you install the windows?
Yes. Installation with sealing tapes can be included in the offer — tick it in the configurator.
What colours are available?
White, any RAL colour, woodgrain foils, and dual-colour finishes. Aluminium — any RAL.
What is the warranty?
Profiles 5 years, hardware 2 years, glazing units 5 years. Exact terms are stated in the offer.
